Itinerary
- Day 01: Arrive in Shimla
Upon arrival at Kalka railway station, embark on a scenic journey aboard the Kalka Shimla Toy Train to Shimla. Meandering through hills and traversing 103 tunnels, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a captivating ride. Meet at Shimla station and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay. - Day 02: Shimla to Jalori Pass to Tirthan (200 kms/7-8 hrs)
Start the day with breakfast and a briefing on the upcoming tour. Begin your adventure on Royal Enfield motorcycles, riding through Hindustan Tibet Road with breathtaking Himalayan vistas. Ascend to Jalori Pass at 3120 m, pausing for tea amid stunning landscapes. Descend into Tirthan Valley, passing through Banjar, and settle into a riverside hotel for relaxation. - Day 03: Tirthan to Manali (110 kms/3 hrs)
After breakfast, ride along the Tirthan River to Aut and traverse a 3 km tunnel into Kullu valley. En route, visit a local Shawl factory and explore Naggar, home to ancient structures like Naggar Castle and the Roeirch Art Gallery. Continue to Manali for an overnight stay. - Day 04: Manali to Atal Tunnel to Jispa (100 kms/ 4 hrs)
Embark on a ride crossing Sollang Valley and the Atal Rohtang Tunnel, the world’s longest tunnel above 3000 m. Enter Lahaul Valley and proceed to Jispa along the Chandra River, passing through picturesque villages. Check-in and camp overnight. - Day 05: Jispa to Baralacha La Pass to Sarchu (85 kms/4 hrs)
Ride from Jispa to Sarchu, crossing Darcha and ascending Baralachala Pass at 4800 m. Arrive at Sarchu, where you can explore the surroundings. Overnight camping at Sarchu. - Day 06: Sarchu to Tsokhar (122 kms/ 5 hrs)
Start your ride to Tsokhar, crossing Naki La (4800 m) and Lachang La (5065 m) with vast expanses of More Plains. Arrive at Tsokhar Lake, a breathtaking high-altitude lake and a bird sanctuary. Overnight camping at Tsokhar. - Day 07: Tsokhar to Leh (150 kms/4-5 hrs)
Enjoy breakfast and ride to Tanglang La pass (5328 m), descending into Indus Valley and reaching Leh. Check-in at the hotel and explore Leh or visit attractions like Magnetic Hill and Spituk Monastery. - Day 08: In Leh – Exploration
Ride to Nimo to witness the Zanskar & Indus River confluence. Visit Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and Spituk Monastery. Overnight in Leh. - Day 09: Leh to Nubra via Khardungla (130 kms/ 6 hrs)
After breakfast, ride to Nubra Valley via Khardungla pass (5600 m). Enjoy a camel ride at Hunder village and explore the surroundings. Overnight camping at Nubra. - Day 10: Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok (140 kms/ 5 hrs)
Travel to Pangong Lake via Shyok River, marveling at the highest saltwater lake shared by India & China. Overnight camping at Pangong Lake. - Day 11: Pangong to Leh via Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace (160 kms/ 7 hrs)
Depart from Pangong, visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace en route to Leh. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy free time in Leh. - Day 12: Departure from Leh
Transfer to Leh airport for your flight to Delhi.
